Estimated Transit Times
Estimates begin after your order is processed and handed to the carrier.

Other countries: 10–28 business days depending on local carrier performance

Tracking Your Order

A tracking link is emailed once your order ships.

Tracking may take 24–72 hours to show scans after you receive the email.

Address Changes & Order Edits

If you made a mistake, email us within 12 hours at support@teddybearcup.com with the subject “URGENT: Address Change – Order #…”.

Once an order is processed or shipped, we can’t modify the address.
Split Shipments
To speed delivery, items may ship separately with different tracking numbers at no extra cost.

Marked delivered but not received:

Check with household members and neighbors.

Look for a notice or photo from the carrier.

Wait 24–48 hours—carriers sometimes pre-scan.

Damaged items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International)

Some destinations may charge duties/taxes/fees upon import. These are paid by the customer and are not included at checkout unless stated.
Preorders & Backorders
If a product is labeled Preorder/Backorder, the ship window on the product page overrides the standard timelines. We’ll email updates if the window changes.

We can cancel if the request arrives before processing begins. After processing or shipment, please use our Returns process once the item arrives.
