Welcome to TeddyBearCup (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to purchase.

  • If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining its security and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2) Orders & Payment

  • All orders are offers to purchase. We may accept, refuse, or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, inventory errors, pricing mistakes).

  • Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and may change without notice until your order is accepted.

  • We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. By submitting a payment, you confirm you are authorized to use that method.

  • We may cancel or place a hold on orders flagged for verification or chargeback risk.

3) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. Estimated timeframes shown on site or in emails are estimates, not guarantees.

  • Title and risk of loss pass to you when we deliver the order to the carrier.

  • You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by address errors or carrier issues.

  • International orders may be subject to customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees, which are your responsibility.

4) Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  • Our current return window and conditions are stated on the Shipping & Returns page (which forms part of these Terms). Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned per the instructions on that page.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise.

  • For help with a return, contact support@teddybearcup.com with your order number.

5) Product Information

  • We try to display colors, sizes, and details accurately, but variations can occur due to device displays, manufacturing tolerances, or updates from suppliers.

  • All care/use guidance on the product page should be followed. Do not use products for purposes other than those intended.

6) Pricing & Promotions

  • We may run limited-time promotions or automatic discounts. Each promotion is subject to its own terms, may not be combined with others, and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.

  • If an item is mispriced, we may cancel the order and issue a refund or contact you for instructions.

7) Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Services:

  • For any unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, or harmful purpose;

  • To interfere with or circumvent security features;

12) Limitation of Liability

  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) AT ISSUE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, carrier delays, or internet outages.
